Survey:  Building Sustained Innovation in Your Organization

 

Johnston Analytics is partnering with the Bridger Leadership Institute to provide a unique perspective and support services for organizations in the building of innovation as a sustained and core cultural competency as well as its measurement.

Innovation has many meanings to many people, depending on probably more factors than we can name! We are interested in the challenges leaders grapple with in order to create sustainable innovation in their organizations. So, for the purpose of our survey, we are defining innovation as the process of generating new ideas, methods, processes, products, or services that result in significant, positive improvements in outcomes and/or address unmet or unknown needs.

 

 Although our clients often share views regarding the potential value of innovation as a driver for increased performance in an organization, we find that efforts may not move beyond establishing high-level goals, objectives, and messaging.  We are interested in your perspectives on the current state of innovation across all types and sizes of organizations.  Below is a link to a brief survey that will help us understand a bit more regarding the current state of innovation, its level of support and measurement across a wide range of organizations.   Your responses will be collected in confidence and your contact information used only for further communications if desired.  You will be invited to a planned webinar with representatives of our network of experts during to hear about the results of the survey.
